Some of these driving days are fairly unremarkable. We left Goulburn and started on the Hume Highway, turning off to skirt Canberra. We stopped to stretch out legs at a Fyshwyck shopping complex which was fairly empty and very boring. Went around Lake George and stopped at Cooma to eat lunch in a park.
We got to Jindabyne a bit after two. It's a small town, obviously focussed on skiiing, and our hotel is a ski lodge in the season. We walked around a bit - the lake would be pleasant, but the water level looks pretty low. Then I had a couple of patient appointments while Lynn read.
