49km driven.
We had a full day in Coffs Harbour today. Which turned out to be more than enough, particularly as we'd done the highlight yesterday. This morning we went up to the 'Forest Sky Pier' which is a fancy name for a small lookout. In the picture below, the airport is directly behind Lynn and you can just see the actual harbour to the left.
After that we drove down into the town, to Beacon Hill and then around the southern arm of the harbour. By that time it was grey and starting to rain, so we went back and had some lunch. Then it cleared up again, so we went back and walked around the northern breakwater, which encloses a marina and stretches out to Muttonbird Island.
